Success Story
A local major banking institution presented Columbus Compressor with a compressed air project with the request of zero downtime from the air system. The work this system performs is critical to their infrastructure and previous failures of the existing system have caused major issues.
Columbus compressor designed and implemented a fully redundant 8 30HP compressor system complete with redundant master controllers, automated compressor room fire detection shutdown and isolation, and refrigerated and desiccant air dryers. The system power is supplied from separate sources and has generator backup. This system was commissioned in 2016 and to date has achieved the zero-downtime requirement.
